APPROACH AND OUTCOMEs

Aquatech engineers and field technicians successfully engineered, delivered, installed, operated and continuously monitored an emergency sewer bypass pumping system with two 18” and two 12” diesel driven bypass pumps with remote live continuous monitoring/alerts on operating pumps, discharge flow rate, liquid level in manhole, piping system pressure and vacuum levels to optimize reliability, monitoring and efficiency. The discharge pipe consisted of 24” HDPE DR17 pipe to meet the friction loss requirement as well as the City of Toronto bypass pumping specifications.
