UNTOUCHED QUALITY ASSURANCE

We completely understand the essential nature of reliability in pumping system operations: we utilize the highest standards for quality control and quality assurance in the industry and are committed to continuous improvement. The following systems are in place to support this:

PUMP PERFORMANCE TESTING FACILITY

All pumps are performance tested and certified to meet manufacturer’s published pump curve. This demonstrates hydraulic performance and mechanical integrity.

HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTING FACILITY

In order to ensure integrity and identify any leaks, Aquatech performs a non-destruction pressure test on all hose and pipes prior to shipping to a job site.

Pump Exchange Program

Aquatech offers an exchange program in which we collect damaged pumps and repair them as well as immediately replace it with the same or equivalent pumps to eliminate down-time or delays in your project.

Pump and Parts Consignment Program

In some cases, Aquatech is able to offer a consignment program where you can keep parts and pumps on stand-by on your site. These can act as temporary replacement pumps and parts should you need to repair damaged equipment, and eliminate down-time or delays in your project.
