AQUATECH Office Administrator/Receptionist (Concord Office)

The Office Administrator/Receptionist is an integral member of the corporate team who is responsible for front desk customer service, office maintenance and assisting in the coordination of corporate initiatives, events and marketing projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, receive all incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate person – maintain visitor log
- Receive, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail including couriers
- Database management, filing, photocopying, faxing, coordinate travel arrangements
- Complete purchase orders for office supplies and visa orders, track invoices, receipts and statements to ensure account accuracy
- Maintain office standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Liaise with IT to troubleshoot computer problems in a timely manner
- Register, maintain and track professional memberships and registries
- Assist in the coordination of trade shows and corporate events
- Provide other administrative support as required
Qualifications and Required Experience
- Attention to detail – Strong organizational and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and time management/prioritization skills
- 1 to 3 years experience in a fast paced customer service environment
- Certificate/diploma in administration an asset
- Valid Ontario Drivers License and vehicle required
- Knowledge of sales and rental services an asset
